Our business

1. Production planning, tailoring

We have three workshops, two of them are in our central place, and one is in Fegyvernek. Material testing can also be performed according to dry goods and components with proper screening.
Drawings plans are made on a computer for cutting, and printed out on a Gerber plotter. (width:170 cm)
We glue the parts with continuous and flat presses. (width:85 cm wide, and 90 × 50 cm)
The length of our worktables are min. 8 meters, width 170 cm.
Before production, we provide the dressmaker’s shops with counter samples and translated technical instructions.
We keep most of the materials unrolled on racks.
The cutting is done with a cutter, the fine cutting is done with a standing knife cutting machine.

2. Sewing rooms

Modern workbenches, storage, well lit workrooms

We have four of our own sewing labs, and four-five sewing labs that have been working with us as subcontractors for many years.
We have 50 employees, so we are pleased to produce smaller quantity items too.
The machine park in the sewing labs is continuously developed with the support of tenders, so we have a wide range of basic and special machines for processing knitted and crocheted and woven products.

There is a separate checking team for fashion and leisure clothing.
In the case of hanger goods, we work with a special packaging machine.
Our experienced experts only send perfect goods for packaging.

Our three well-trained technicians help to transport and ensure the technical conditions of the production with a Toyota van.

The precise work of the technicians and seamstresses is important, in close cooperation with Andi our managing director, “through thick and thin”
